    • Skincare Routines: The routines you create and the days you mark them as complete.

    • Completion History: A record of which days you completed your routines.

    • Selfies: Photos you choose to take and store in the App.
      This data is stored so that you can track your skincare progress and view your history.

  • Purchase Information:

    • If you subscribe to “Routina Premium,” purchase-related details (e.g., subscription status) are processed through RevenueCat and Apple’s in-app purchase system. We do not receive your payment card details.

  • Automatically Collected Data:

    1. Server Logs: When you use the App, our servers (hosted on AWS) may automatically log certain information (e.g., IP address). We use this data for technical diagnostics, to maintain and improve the App, and to ensure account security.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • App Functionality: We use your data to provide you with the core features of Routina Skincare, such as tracking routines, saving selfies, and displaying your skincare progress over time.

  • Account Management: Your name, email, and age help us manage your user account, authenticate your login, and provide customer support.

  • Subscription Management: We partner with RevenueCat to process subscriptions. We do not store or process your payment information directly.

  • Analytics and Improvements: We may use aggregated, de-identified data to better understand App performance and troubleshoot issues.

4. How We Share Your Information

  • Third-Party Services:

    • RevenueCat: Manages subscription and purchase information.

    • AWS: Hosts our servers and databases. We store user data (routines, selfies, etc.) on AWS servers in secure databases.

  • No Sale of Personal Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

  • Legal Compliance and Protection: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

5. Data Retention

  • We retain user data (account info, routines, selfies) indefinitely so you can maintain a historical record of your skincare progress.

  • We use encryption for data in transit and at rest.

  • Selfies are stored in a secure database, and we use signed URLs so only the rightful owner can access them.

  • Access & Update: You can update your personal information (e.g., name or email) within the App settings or by contacting us at chillyappstudio@gmail.com.

  • Data Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data through the specified option in the settings menu or by contacting chillyappstudio@gmail.com. We will delete your data from our active systems, though it may persist in secure backups for a limited period.

  • Opt-Out of Certain Collection: You may choose not to provide certain information (like selfies), but this may limit the App’s functionality.

8. Children’s Privacy

  • Routina Skincare is not directed to children and is intended for adult users (25+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in certain regions). If you believe we have unintentionally collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. International Data Transfers

  • Our servers are primarily located in US-EAST region . By using the App, you consent to the processing of your data in this location, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

  • We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates when revisions were made. Continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.
